Romagna Sangiovese Superiore DOC
This Sangiovese represents the first step in the hierarchy of red wines of Fattoria Zerbina; despite that it has won numerous critical awards. Produced from a faster and lighter vinification than the best selections, Ceregio is conceived as a ready to drink wine, even if in some vintages it can keep and improve for 5-6 years.
Intense ruby red
Red fruits hold sway, notably cherry, violet and pomegranate.
Corresponds neatly with the aromas, juicy and vinous, tannins of solid density.
